If internet is down for days, can I still sell?
Yes. The system stores all data locally on the device (SQLite). You can operate offline indefinitely. Syncing happens automatically the moment you reconnect.
What printers do you support?
We support most standard ESC/POS thermal printers (LAN/WiFi/Bluetooth). You can configure specific printers for Kitchen, Bar, or Cashier.
Do I need special hardware?
No. TERA POS works on standard Android phones and tablets.
